Over the next few weeks Facebook will be rolling out Facebook Timeline. This new version of your profile page will have a literal timeline embedded to let you (and the people you let access your profile) click back to any month or year to view your updates and content. You can also curate this online biography by adding new events and photos that happened years before.
According to Facebook, the roll out will be slow, with an opt-in available for a few weeks before everyone is moved over to the new design.
Just like your current Facebook profile you can delete status updates and restrict which people can see pieces of info on your timeline.
Do you want an online yearbook of your life?
Will you opt in early?
Delete old posts? Restrict your history?
Some people are predicting a mass exodus which will help Google+. Do these changes make you want to leave Facebook?
