According to economists, we've just entered a bear market. This, just a few short years after the crash of 2008, suggesting to many that the patches placed on the global economy didn't fix the root problem, and that sooner, rather than later, we'll have to do something about it.
It's this conclusion that led the culture-jammers at Vancouver's Adbusters to call for the occupation of Wall Street back in July, and now, just a few months later, a movement has grown, that is rapidly spreading across the United States, and now back into Canada.
Today I'll be joined by joined by two activists taking the fight to the big dogs, Vancouver's Matt Berkowitz, one of the organizers behind Occupy Vancouver, and Anthony Baxter, director of the documentary You’ve Been Trumped, a film that explores Donald Trump's controversial efforts to build a golf course on the coast of Scotland.
