Today I saw producer Elliott Garnier having Mr. Noodles for lunch... again. Like clockwork, around 1pm every day for the last 3 weeks you can see him and his bowl of instant ramen.
I recently heard that the average person cooks the same 7-10 meals in rotation, rarely expanding beyond these staple dishes. At first I thought, that’s ridiculous! Only to count on my hand that, yes, I tend to fall back on the same 10 things. Come to think of it, I have eaten the same thing for breakfast almost everyday for 2 months.
How often do you eat the same meal?
Is your breakfast always the same?
Do you cook the same 7-10 things?

Though I couldn’t find any stats for Canada, I did find an article pointing out that the average British family eats the same six meals every week.
