The Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival wrapped up three days of performances from some of the biggest acts in music like Radiohead, the Black Keys and Snoop Dogg. For the first time in the festival’s history, this year’s event takes place over two weekends with the exact same lineup. Given that every artist at Coachella 2012 has six days between performances, we thought we’d check out what some of the acts are doing with their down time.

Bon Iver, Girls, Noel Gallagher and Kasabian

The festival takes place in Indio, Calif., which is just a couple hours drive from L.A., so it’s no surprise that some bands are heading to Hollywood for some TV appearances. Bon Iver will play a couple of shows in California on Monday and Tuesday before performing on Ellen on Thursday. San Francisco duo Girls will appear on Conan on Wednesday. Jimmy Kimmel Live! will host a couple of the acts, as Noel Gallagher plays the late night show on Monday and Kasabian plays on Thursday.

Pulp, Refused, Wild Flag, the Hives and Gotye

Other California cities like San Francisco and Pomona will play host to shows from the likes of Pulp, Refused, Wild Flag and the Hives. Gotye, who played Coachella Sunday after performing on Saturday Night Live in New York the previous night, is keeping travel to a minimum with shows in San Francisco and L.A.

The Sheepdogs, Dragonette and Godspeed You! Black Emperor

As for the Canadian acts, Saskatoon’s the Sheepdogs are playing a couple of gigs in L.A. and Phoenix. Dragonette is popping back up to Canada to play the World Ski and Snowboard Festival in Whistler, B.C., and then back down to Las Vegas for a show the next day. The newly reunited Godspeed You! Black Emperor will spend their time off in San Francisco. They play five nights in a row at the Great American Music Hall with Pierced Arrows and Total Life.

Radiohead and the Shins; Dr. Dre and Snoop Dogg MIA

A few artists are headed for even sunnier climates. Radiohead is heading to Mexico for shows on Tuesday and Wednesday. The Shins may have the best plan of all, as they are heading to Hawaii to play two shows during their week off. As for Dr. Dre and Snoop Dogg, we’re not sure where they’ll be, but it’s safe to say they’ll be still hittin’ them corners in them low-lows, girl.
