Have you heard about the EuroMillions lottery winner? Adrian Bayford just won £148 million ($227 million). According to CBC he currently owns a music shop and his family have been having a hard time making ends meet. Now, according to British papers, he is number 516 in Britain’s Rich List.
You might be thinking “Okay, okay, someone won the lottery. Big deal, Lana, it wasn’t me!” Okay, fine, it wasn’t you BUT do you know what he said he wants to do with some of the winnings? According to Digital Music News, he wants to reunite Guns n’ Roses! The original lineup!
Good luck with that, Adrian, but a big congrats to you and your family.
This had me thinking, if you instantly became $227 million dollars richer, what would you do?
(Do you even play the lottery?)
What band would you want to reunite if you had the means to do so?
Off the top of my head, I’d have Death From Above 1979 play in my (new) living room and give a lot of money to charity. (Since DFA’s already reunited, I suppose they don’t count. Let me see…)
