It's ECHO time again! For the past six years, SOCAN (the Society of Composers, Authors, and Music Publishers of Canada) has awarded the best independent Canadian song of the year a $5000.00 prize.
Unlike Polaris, once the top five shortlist of songs is announced, the choice is up to you by public vote to see which song wins.
