Canada's venerable roots-rock-country outfit Blue Rodeo marks 25 years in the business this year. That's a remarkable achievement by any measure, but especially here in Canada, where getting past the first album can be a major challenge for any act.

Blue Rodeo truly has cause to celebrate. Among their many awards, they've been named Group Of The Year at the Juno Awards five times! They have been inducted into the Canadian Music Hall Of Fame, and they have their own star on Canada's Walk Of Fame.

Blue Rodeo invited its extended musical family to join them onstage at Glenn Gould Studio in Toronto for the anniversary celebration. That list of performers includes the likes of Great Big Sea, Justin Rutledge and Oh Susanna, among many others.

You'll find audio and video of the concert, as well as interviews with Blue Rodeo co-founders Jim Cuddy and Greg Keelor, by visiting Concerts on Demand. Tune in Canada Live on November 8 to hear the broadcast version.

Here's a sample of what you'll hear; this is Devin Cuddy (Jim Cuddy's son) performing "Rain Down on Me" with Blue Rodeo:
