After 35 years, INXS has announced they're breaking up. The band remained together after the 1997 death of lead singer Michael Hutchence, though they never recaptured their earlier success with the band's three subsequent vocalists.
INXS follows in the footsteps of Chumbawamba and A-ha, other bands whose breakups surprised music fans that assumed they'd broken up years ago.
