Pigeon Hole, whose members also belong to Sweatshop Union, released their first album, Age Like Astronauts, in 2010, mixing samples and live instrumentation with edgy lyricism. They’ve gone for a different tone on Chimp Blood, with its aforementioned electronic experimentation, but they haven’t forsaken the in-your-face grime and energy that helps them stand out.
See Pigeon Hole on tour in Canada and the U.S. throughout March.
