Okay, okay, on one hand, I've failed the What'cha Readin' Book Club
because, try as I might've, I was unable to land an interview with anyone involved in writing our book of the month, The Daily Show with Jon Stewart Presents: Earth (The Book)--A Visitor's Guide to the Human Race. As you may know, they've got a pretty big rally going on this weekend and Stewart had a pretty significant guest on his show this week too. They were busy, basically.
On the plus side though, we've had good times with Earth (the Book) haven't we? It's been a funny, provocative read, right? Why, I think it may have inspired our own daa1982 to create his own special brand of Halloween effects for us all to use.
On the plus, plus side, it's time for us to meet a different book: in November, we'll be reading a brand new non-fiction book called Sleepwalk With Me and Other Painfully True Stories by one of my favourite comedians, Mike Birbiglia. And I have four copies of it (one automatically went to Jon Corbin for winning that colouring contest) to offer the first bloggers who correctly answer questions I pose on-air during today's show.
