Remembrance Day is very much a day for reflection. For those of us over on the West Coast, it's usually a grey and rainy day and that too adds to the mood. All of this to explain the rather nostalgic mood you'll find today in my interview with Adam Nation of the Vancouver band The Great Outdoors.
