I'm very close to hitting a milestone folks and I need your help for the final push. You see, for the last few days I've noticed that I'm inching ever closer to having 1,000 friends on Facebook. Incredible right?!! I mean 1,000 friends!! Can you believe that?! Seriously!
Yes, I'm being a little tongue in cheek here, but... 994 friends? C'MON, let's just make it 1,000 and be done with it. Why not? I mean, I'm curious to know what life will be like once I reach 1,000 friends. Things could be a whole lot different for me.
I'll be THAT much more popular. I'll get more invites to (out of province) events I can't attend. Once I hit 1,000 friends, people will be coming from all corners of the web, requesting my friendship just so they can be part of my large but tight knit community.
Now, can you believe that someone has the gall to suggest Facebook makes you feel LONELY?
Or does he have a point...? Do I really need to watch everyone's amazing lives unfold online while I'm having a boring weekend? So and so is "in a relationship". Great. I need your input on our multi-layered POLL QUESTION today:

How often do you send out friend requests? Do you have some friends you communicate with online, but never see? Does FB ever make you feel lonely? How many people are following you on Twitter and is that important to you?
