How many albums and CDs do you own? How would your life change if you no longer had physical copies of music?
Last year I went to New York City. Moments after I bought my ticket and exclaimed my excitement, I was warned, messaged, emailed, sent news footage and even documentaries of bed bugs. No one wanted to talk about restaurants or plays, nightlife or sights, just bedbugs.
I was driven into a panic. I even packed all of my clothing in ziplock bags and had garbage bags ready to load my suitcase in at my apartment. Just the thought of bed bugs had me itching the entire 5 days.
Have you had to deal with bed bugs? What did you lose?
Would you live with bedbugs to keep your record collection?
Today on the show we’ll hear from writer Kliph Nesteroff, who owned one of Canada’s best vinyl collections, and whose life changed after a bed bug infestation. Find out what happens when 10,000 vinyl records meet with some nasty insects.
