Wrath of Khanna: The Breakfast Club with Ohbijou!

Here's a weird fact: I have not eaten breakfast in seven weeks. I'm gonna fix that today when I go meet with members of BC alumni Ohbijou, just ahead of their Pop Montreal show this week to discuss their mighty new record, Metal Meets at a place in Toronto called the Hub. Oh the fun we're sure to have.

Are you a fan of Ohbijou? Any plans to see them live or to pick up their latest album?

I have five Metal Meets CDs to give away to the first listeners who can correctly answer the following questions about today's show on the blog (if you guess in advance, a pony will be hungry every morning for seven weeks):

1. What artist first inspired Heather to explore music?

2. According to Ohbijou, how were the band now known as Matters once advertised on a show poster?

3. How did Stuart Duncan (founder of Out of This Spark) get me into radio?

4. What does James try to suggest that I may have eaten?

5. What big announcement does Heather make during today's show?

The answer to these questions, and possibly others, will turn up on today's show. If you end up being the first person to post the winning answer on the blog (once!), please e-mail vish_khanna [at] cbcradio3.com with "Ryan Carley is good people" in the subject line, and your blog moniker and shipping address in your message.

Have you had breakfast at all since I went on paternity leave? Where does the Breakfast Club need to stop next? Who needs to be on this show?

What are YOU having for breakfast? I am on twitter and WE are on twitter. Plus, now you can "Like" us by joining our Facebook page, which gets you some exclusive previews of the show and much more! Or some. Some more.
