The effect of music on the brain has long been puzzling scientists. There is still research to be done, but here’s something they’ve discovered: music has similar effects on the brain as love and sex.

This is very good news.

Because it means that if you plan to sit on the couch and eat chips all night, you can use music to get that same glorious feeling of being in love… without all the complications.

On the flip side, if you are spending your Valentine’s Day with that special someone (good for you…), you can use music to boost those dopamine levels even further. Isn’t that nice?

So we’ve put together a Tempo Valentine’s Day Mixtape, to help you out on this Valentine’s Day… whatever your plans are!
