Monday April 9, the life of rock star Elton John comes to life through choreography and dance. Love Lies Bleeding is a spectacular hour-long celebration of the man and his music created by Jean Grand Maître for the Alberta Ballet. The show, broadcast at 9 p.m. on CBC, will look at John's life through the eyes of an adoring fan, through ballet accompaniments to 10 songs, each introduced by Jian Ghomeshi.
