Black Keys’ ‘Lonely Boy’ on grandmother’s spoon tracklist

Deb Perry is a grandmother from Bridgetown, Western Australia. She has recently been making headlines due to her incredible spoon-playing skills, and also for her song selection.

Perry recently took on the Black Keys as part of her “rockin’ spoons number” series. The video of her playing spoons along to “Lonely Boy” in the outback (yes, there are kangaroos) has gone viral, with her website crashing due to the number of hits.

Here’s hoping the Black Keys will have her onstage during one of their upcoming Australian tour dates to perform, as she calls it, “a great little rock and roll track.”
