Each day, Rich Terfry and Radio 2 Drive wraps up your day with music and stories about the interesting things going on in the world. Now, you can follow along at home. Here are the stories we're talking about today.

JUNK IN THE TRUNK

Check out the best impression of Miles Davis in the last decade. And it wasn't a human doing it.

Presenting the remix to a man enjoying, and reviewing, a burger.

If you have a bit of extra time this weekend, and also happen to have a magnet and cake, this is the best way you can spend your time: pranking the people you love. Ok, it's slightly more complicated than that. Here's some classic Just For Laughs Gags.

You've always wanted to watch mammals shake themselves dry in slow motion. Now, you can. It also comes with an explanation as to why you can't do it as well.

Here's your Friday Jam Session.

SHOWTIME

3:30 p.m.

We start off your Friday edition of Drive with a tune from Lisa Marie Presley. And since it's the very first song, it's aptly titled:

3:40 p.m.

Is this story familiar to you? You go to a restaurant, and everybody around you (including your company) are on their cell phones on and off the entire time. Well in LA, it's become an epidemic. One restaurant has taken the power back. They are offering a 5% discount to diners who give up their cell phones at the beginning of the meal. Take back all the time where you actually connect with people around you.

4:10 p.m.

You read enough words to make up a novel every day, without ever picking up a book. We're deep in the Age of Information Overload. Does it bother you, or is this just helping you multi-task at this point?

4:40 p.m.

In the spotlight today: Our daily look at new music features Jack White and "Hypocritical Kiss".

4:50 p.m.

Today is Black Cat Appreciation Day. They hardly ever get adopted, so let one cross your path today in the name of a good cause.

5:10 p.m.

"Knick-Knack Paddy-whack, give a dog a bone". It's not news that dogs love bones. But one dog in Nova Scotia took his love for bones to the next level. He got to digging on a beach, and next thing you know the little guy discovered an ancient dinosaur, opening doors for new research. I wonder if he got to keep a bone.

5:25 p.m.

In the spotlight today: Our daily look at new music features Trampled by Turtles and "Midnight on the Interstate".

6:05 p.m.

This is true, but hard to believe. When you take pictures of your food to share with your friends, you are only giving them half of the experience. Obviously they can't eat it, since you will, but they could at least smell it. That's right. It's now possible to make a postcard that doesn't just document the look of your food, but the entire aroma it produces. Food pictures are about to get a whole lot more interesting.

6:30 p.m.

In the spotlight today: Our daily look at new music features Father John Misty and "I'm Writing a Novel".

6:55 p.m.

It's time for the weekend! Finally! What will you do with the time? Because in 1969, you would've been heading down to Bethel, New York for Woodstock. We bring you a couple Canadian staples that played the legendary festival.
