The 25th annual East Coast Awards wrapped up last night in fine form in Halifax. It's always one of Canada's biggest musical parties of the year.

The big winner this year was Rose Cousins with three trophies. Other winners this year included Matt Mays, Joel Plaskett, Jenn Grant, the Once, and Tim Chaisson. Check out the complete list of winners here.

There was even an all-star sing-a-long of the Maritime classic "Put Your Hand In The Hand" which you can watch here.
