Earlier this week, we spoke with Yuani Fragata, Executive Producer of CBC3 French counterpart, Bande à part about their recent documentary, Facing the Wall: A Brief History of the Lac-St-Jean Sound.
Watching it got us to thinking that this week's ehList should delve into the Québécois music scene, and all the great stuff coming out of there. Now sure, Karkwa is on their way to becoming a household name, but I challenge you to dig a little deeper into that scene and discover who else is out there.
So to get you started we asked Yuani to build a playlist featuring some of the music they're playing on Bande à part.
